A cancellation or modification is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from Pleasure Palace.

15. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States, subject to the terms, exclusions, and product restrictions stated in our Shipping Policy.

Processing and delivery periods are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Shipping-carrier delays;
• Severe weather;
• Natural disasters;
• Labour disruptions;
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses;
• Supplier delays;
• Inventory discrepancies;

Products from the same order may ship separately, have different tracking numbers, and arrive on different dates.

16. Discreet Packaging

Eligible products are shipped in discreet outer packaging without unnecessary descriptions of the package contents.

Packaging, shipping labels, return-address information, and carrier details may vary according to the supplier, fulfilment location, product, and shipping carrier.

Packages must still display information required by shipping carriers, payment providers, and applicable law.

We cannot guarantee that every package, billing description, notification, or payment-provider statement will display identical wording.

17. Third-Party Fulfilment

Products may be stored, packed, or shipped by third-party suppliers, distributors, warehouses, or fulfilment partners.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Pleasure Palace is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

• A missing apartment, suite, or unit number;
• An incorrect ZIP code;
• An invalid telephone number;
• An incorrect recipient name; or
• An address that cannot receive the selected delivery service.

Packages returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery attempt, failure to collect the package, or recipient unavailability may be handled according to our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

19. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Returns, refunds, exchanges, replacements, cancellations, damaged-item claims, lost-package claims, and buyer’s-remorse requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

You must follow the authorization, reporting, packaging, return-address, and return-shipping instructions stated in that policy.

When these Terms conflict with a specific provision of the Return & Refund Policy concerning an eligible return or refund, the Return & Refund Policy will control for that issue.
